What is it?
Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) measures your blood pressure every 20–30 minutes over 24 hours, giving a highly accurate picture of your true blood pressure at home, work and overnight.
It is one of the most reliable ways to diagnose hypertension, assess treatment, or investigate symptoms such as headaches, dizziness or palpitations.
