Why It's Used

How It Works
The device is fitted in clinic with an arm cuff and small recorder.
It automatically inflates at set intervals while you go about your day.
At night, readings are spaced further apart to reduce disruption.
After 24 hours, the device is removed and the data is analysed.
Your clinician reviews the report and discusses the findings with you.
Comfort & Practicality
You can continue with:
Work, daily tasks and gentle activity
Light household chores
Usual eating and drinking routines
You will feel the cuff inflate frequently, which is normal. Showering is usually avoided for the 24-hour period to protect the equipment.
