Refund Policy

At Flux Medical, we want all patients to feel confident when booking and paying for our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply and how they are processed.

1. General principles
  • Refunds are considered on a fair and reasonable basis.

  • All requests must be submitted in writing to admin@fluxmedical.co.uk.

  • Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

2. Consultations
  • Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Partial refund (50%) if you cancel within 24 hours.

  • No refund for non-attendance (“no-shows”) without notice.

3. Investigations, tests, and procedures
  • Diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab investigations are refundable only if they have not yet been processed or booked with a third-party provider.

  • Once a test or procedure has been performed or sent for analysis, no refund can be given.

4. Prescriptions and medicines
  • Prescription fees are non-refundable once the prescription has been issued.

  • Dispensed medicines cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.

5. Service cancellations by Dr Paraiso
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between:

    • a full refund, or

    • transferring your booking to a new date at no extra cost.

6. Technical issues (digital services)
  • If you experience technical failure during an online consultation and the service cannot be delivered, we will re-book your consultation at no cost or provide a full refund.

7. Refund process
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.

  • Bank processing times may vary.
