These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Flux Limited's services, whether online or in person. By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Flux Medical Limited (“Dr Hassan Paraiso”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a healthcare provider registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16158150) with a registered office at Unit 7 Wheatcroft Business Park Landmere Lane, Edwalton, Nottingham, England, NG12 4DG.

2. Our services

We provide medical consultations, investigations, and related healthcare services through our clinics, website, and digital platforms.

  • Services may be delivered by our employed clinicians or independent practitioners working under the Eric Healthcare banner.

  • Certain services (e.g., diagnostic tests, imaging, prescriptions) may involve approved third-party providers.

  • We do not provide emergency services. In a medical emergency, you should dial 999.

3. Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older to register for most services.

  • We do not provide services for children under the age of 16 years. 

  • Services for young people between the ages of 16 and 18 require a parent or guardian’s consent.

  • By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Booking and payment
  • Fees are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are displayed on our website or provided before booking.

  • We accept payment via Debit or Credit Card.

  • If you miss or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Prescriptions and investigations
  • Prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate and at the discretion of the prescribing clinician.

  • We are unable to guarantee availability of medicines or test results from third-party providers.

  • You are responsible for ensuring safe collection, storage, and use of prescribed medication.

6. Use of our digital services

When using our website, app, or digital tools:

  • You agree not to misuse or interfere with the proper operation of our systems.

  • Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

  • Content on our site is for general information and should not replace personalised medical advice.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

We protect your personal information in line with GDPR and UK data protection law. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Clinical responsibility
  • Our clinicians will act in your best interests in line with professional standards.

  • You must provide accurate information about your health, medication, and history.

  • Lazomis is not responsible for any harm resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

9. Limitation of liability
  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the cost of the services you have paid for.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays in third-party services beyond our control.

10. Third-party services

Where services are delivered in partnership (e.g., laboratories, pharmacies, imaging providers), their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.

11. Changes to services and terms
  • We may update or modify our services and these Terms from time to time.

  • The latest version will always be published on our website.

  • Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
