Service Description
Consultant-led review for ongoing fatigue, post-viral recovery (including long COVID), or slow return to normal after illness—focused on clear explanations and a practical, staged plan. In a 45–60 minute visit (in person or video), we take a thorough history (sleep, activity, stress, diet, medications), check observations, examine you, and screen for reversible causes where indicated (e.g., thyroid, iron/ferritin, B12/folate, HbA1c/glucose, kidney/liver profile, vitamin D, CRP, coeliac screen; ECG if palpitations). We can assess orthostatic symptoms (lying/standing BP/HR) to consider POTS or dysautonomia, and tailor breathing rehab if breathless. You’ll leave with a paced recovery plan (energy budgeting, activity/strength re-build, sleep and nutrition advice), medicine review, and clear safety-net guidance. We coordinate further tests, imaging, or specialist referral when needed and, with your consent, share a summary with your GP; follow-up can be by video or in person. Typical reasons to book include persistent fatigue after infection, brain fog, unrefreshing sleep, post-exertional symptom flare, dizziness on standing, palpitations, breathlessness not explained, or difficulty returning to work, study, or sport. Fit notes or return-to-work letters can be provided where appropriate. This is not an emergency service—if you have severe chest pain, one-sided weakness, new confusion, severe breathlessness, dehydration you cannot keep up with, or heavy bleeding, call 999.

We do not store card details. • Refunds go to the original payment method. Changing or cancelling • Reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your appointment. • Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the full fee is charged. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rebooking and will be charged as above. Appointment types New patient (45–60 min), follow‑up (20–30 min), urgent same‑day (subject to capacity), tests and procedures as listed online. The doctor may recommend a longer slot if needed. Telemedicine We use a secure video link sent to you by email. Please be in the UK unless agreed in advance. Recording is not allowed without written consent. If a case is unsafe to manage remotely, we will arrange an in‑person review or redirect you to urgent care. Identification and suitability You must be 18 or over to self‑book. For under‑18s, a parent or guardian should book and attend unless agreed otherwise. We may ask for photo ID for remote care. Bookings that are unsuitable for our setting may be redirected. Support and access Chaperones and interpreters are available with notice. Tell us about any accessibility needs and we will make reasonable adjustments. Tests and results Some tests require pre‑payment and are non‑refundable once samples are taken. Result timeframes are estimates; urgent or abnormal results are prioritised. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in. Safety and conduct If you have life‑threatening symptoms, call 999 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
